Cristiano Ronaldo, 34, demonstrates his fantastic figure as the Juventus star prepares ahead of the Roma clash

Before Juventus’ match against Roma, CRISTIANO RONALDO showed off his fantastic figure.

The 34-year-old Portuguese forward uploaded the ripped photo online while working out with a kettlebell.

Through exercise, diet and rest Ronaldo has become one of the most physically dominant athletes in the world

The Juventus great is still as swift as lightning and as powerful as an ox.

Ronaldo, who claims to have the body of a 23-year-old, works hard to keep his incredible figure.

He spends hours at the gym doing Pilates-based workouts rather than hard weight lifting.

The former Manchester United great, in particular, employs weight training to improve his core.

He also spends time in his pool, which provides a full-body exercise.

He also has a cryotherapy chamber at his home.

Standing in the chamber for around three minutes, liquid nitrogen freezes Ronaldo to temperatures ranging from -10 to -200 degrees Celsius.

Cryotherapy relieves muscular pain and minimizes swelling, inflammation, and sprains, allowing Ronaldo to return to the field or the gym sooner.

The new image arrives only days before Juve travels to fourth-placed Roma, where Ronaldo’s team trails Inter Milan in the rankings only on goal difference.

Ronaldo began the decade with a bang, scoring his fifth career hat-trick as Juventus crushed Cagliari 4-0.

The former Manchester United and Real Madrid great became only the second player in Premier League, Serie A, and La Liga history to score a hat-trick.

Ronaldo’s first hat-trick in the Italian league brings his total to three major European leagues.

In 2008, he scored his first goal for Manchester United in a 4-0 thrashing of Newcastle.

Following his transfer to Real Madrid in 2009, the Portuguese superstar scored his first of 34 hat-tricks in a 4-1 win over Mallorca.

Former Manchester United flop Alexis Sanchez is the only other player who can claim the same feat.

The Chilean has scored hat-tricks for Arsenal, Udinese, and Barcelona.

However, Sanchez will not be able to match Ronaldo’s record of scoring a hat-trick in his eleventh competition.

In addition to the three European leagues, the superstar has won the Champions League, Copa del Rey, Club World Cup, World Cup, World Cup qualifications, Euro qualifiers, and the UEFA Nations League.

Lionel Messi, Ronaldo’s greatest adversary, has 54 career hat-tricks to his record.
