The French star put up an outstanding display, greatly contributing to the home team’s comeback victory over Al Fateh

Round 7 of the Saudi Arabian National Championship began this morning with Al Ittihad hosting Al Fateh at home. Al Ittihad is expected to defeat Al Fateh thanks to an excellent staff and strong performance.

Strong players like N’Golo Kante, Fabinho, and Luiz Felipe were part of coach Nuno Espirito Santo’s lineup. Karim Benzema, who is sadly missing from the lineup, is not on Al Ittihad’s registration list.

Al Ittihad immediately pushed their team up after the first whistle since they had the home-field advantage. But in the 38th minute, the away club Al Fateh unexpectedly seized the lead. Marwane Saadane’s errant header from Mourad Batna’s direct free kick ignited Al Ittihad’s goal.

Al Ittihad intensified the pressure on the other team’s goal after the loss in an effort to score a tying goal. The home side selected sweet fruit in minute 38. Kante discussed the rapid right and left assault that occurred before Romarinho assisted him in scoring against Al Fateh and tying the score for Al Ittihad.

Kante expertly sent the ball into the top corner of Al Fateh’s goal in minute 45+1, giving Al Ittihad a 2-1 victory. Neither team scored any more goals in the second half. Al Ittihad moved into first place in the Saudi Pro League standings with this victory, 1 point ahead of Al Hilal in second.

Final score : Al Ittihad 2-1 Al Fateh.
