The rookie Kristaps Porzingis trains hard, Derrick White returns with a new look that makes Jayson Tatum unable to stop smiling

Tatum’s simpering has been nonstop ever since pictures of Derrick White’s new do went viral. The NBA star freed himself. Now that he’s shaved his head, he no longer has to worry about being bullied over his high hairline.

White’s hairline had been the source of jokes for several seasons before he finally lost all of it. It was published not long ago as part of a promotion for the Boston Celtics’ defensive guard’s summer basketball camp.

Check out his amazing new style.

Since joining the Celtics at last year’s trade deadline, Derrick White has been phenomenal. Next year, he’ll take over as the starting point guard for the C after establishing himself as one of the league’s top two-way guards.

One facet of Derrick White, however, has been heavily critiqued by impartial observers. Stephen A. Smith noticed his hairline during the playoffs of the previous season. Fans made fun of White’s appearance as a result, but he played as if it didn’t bother him.

Those who disapprove of you now have nothing left to complain about. White debuted his new haircut at a Pro-Am in Denver before assuming his new role with the Celtics.

After Marcus Smart was demoted to the bench and White was named the starting point guard, White appeared in all 82 regular season games for Boston and started 70 of them. After being nominated to the NBA’s All-Defensive Second Team last season, his role and effect are expected to grow significantly this upcoming year.

Even though Derrick White has a lot less hair now, big things are in store for him.
