The players at the Parc des Princes, including Mbappe and the defender Hakimi, look sharp in the PSG x Dior line.
There has always been a link between football and style. Images advertising Dior’s bespoke collections have recently been unveiled, and the models are none other than dashing members of the Paris Saint-Germain football team.
Dior Men’s Creative Director and Designer Kim Jones is responsible for the line. Luxury suits are expertly tailored in the style of French haute couture. Dior Men, a two-year partner of the home team at Parc des Princes, will reportedly bring two lines of tailored clothing and practical accessories to the stadium. Harrington jackets, sweaters, polo shirts, pants, and Explorer derby shoes are all part of the everyday application category. The designs include both the CD insignia and a Paris Saint-Germain patch.
The line features exquisite cashmere coats, suit jackets, shirts, trousers, and one-of-a-kind cap-toe derbies, all of which may be customized to fit the wearer. Moreover, Dior’s attention to detail is so ingrained that even the inner soles of these shoes are branded with the player’s unique jersey number.
Last but not least, the collection’s finishing touches are superb. The grained calfskin Saddle bag is a symbol of Paris Saint-Germain, and every player carries one. A reversible cashmere scarf and belt in sophisticated blue-black tones are included. And no well-groomed gentleman’s wardrobe is complete without a jacquard tie sporting the PSG crest.
Many of the club’s star players, including forward Mbappe, midfielder Urgate, defender Hakimi, and goalkeeper Keylor Navas, were featured in the collection’s promotional video.
