Find out about NBA Superstar Damian Lillard’s homes in Oregon following his trade to the Milwaukee Bucks

Damian Lillard has been traded from the Portland Trail Blazers to the Milwaukee Bucks. Which brings us to the next mystery: what will happen to the point guard’s Oregon real estate holdings?

The 33-year-old sports icon and rapper has finished building a new home in Tualatin, and he and his extended family have resided on a five-acre gated estate in West Linn overlooking the Willamette River since 2017. The infinity pool, which appears to pour directly into the river, offers views of Mount Hood.

Lillard’s long-term home features 15,000 square feet of living space divided between a two-story main house and a guest house. Inside the main house, there are amenities such as tiered seats and blackout shades in the theater.

A 3,000-square-foot structure with exercise equipment and skylights above exposed ceiling trusses is also available. The adjacent spa section has a hair salon station, sauna, and Jacuzzi.

“This home is a destination unto itself,” said Harnish Properties broker Justin Harnish, who represented the original owners who sold the property to Lillard’s family trust for $6,650,000 on July 12, 2017.

Terry Sprague of LUXE Forbes Global Properties represented Lillard’s family in the transaction.

Lillard prioritizes privacy and security. A long driveway at the end of a cul-de-sac goes to a guard station in front of the security gate, then to the bluff-top main house, which was completed in 2003 in the Northwest contemporary style.

The external cedar and stone of the house is reproduced in the guest house, covered outdoor spaces, and colonnade along the sports court.

The main home has five fireplaces and an additional fireplace in the covered patio space. The living and dining rooms’ glass doors pull away to reveal one of the patios.

Property taxes exceed $73,000 per year.

In addition to his NBA salary, Lillard has a 10-year contract with Adidas for his Dame line that might be worth $100 million, and he has lucrative partnerships with other firms. He and his business partner Brian Sanders own Damian Lillard Toyota in McMinnville.
