PSG forward Mbappe left speechless by the MMA star scoring nine-second KO

Kylian Mbappe is unlikely to give up football for mixed martial arts anytime soon, it seems safe to assume.

On Saturday night, the largest rival of the UFC held an event in Paris where the main bout featured Cedric Doumbe’s much-awaited promotional debut. One of the most intriguing prospects in mixed martial arts is Doumbe, an accomplished kickboxer.

Mbappe, along with colleagues Hakimi and Dembele, was seated in the front row to see Doumbe’s PFL debut. Doumbe lived up to the hype leading up to the bout as he defied Jordan Zebo’s early kick and countered with a devastating left hook to terminate the contest.

The seasoned referee Marc Goddard pulled the 31-year-old off after he had delivered a few ground strikes, sparing Zebo from needless punishment. While everyone was going crazy over Doumbe’s absurdly fast knockout.

Along with a few of his teammates, the top player for Paris Saint-Germain attended PSL Europe 3 in France and was astounded by what he witnessed.

When Mbappe saw fellow Frenchman Cedric Doumbe end his fight in just nine seconds, he lost all words.

After the elimination, Mbappe was the focus of the cameras, and the French striker seemed obviously shocked. Achraf Hakimi, a colleague, seems equally astounded by the feat.

Making his PFL debut, the former Glory kickboxing champion decisively defeated Jordan Zebo. Zebo attempted a kick, but Doumbe blocked it and delivered a devastating knockout blow.
