For obvious reasons, the Greek superstar seemed giddy during the Milwaukee Bucks’ Media Day. It’s only been a few days since the Bucks announced the addition of Damian Lillard to their squad, propelling the Midwestern team to the top of the league’s food chain. The Greek Freak, on the other hand, seemed more interested in selling his shoes than discussing their chances of winning it all in his 11th season in the league.

When he’s not dribbling the basketball, Giannis Antetokounmpo always has a joke up his sleeve to delight everyone. The Bucks’ Media Day festivities are usually entertaining for fans, with Antetokounmpo amusing everyone with his dad jokes and humorous hijinks. This year, the Greek celebrity was back with his bizarre antics, feverishly trying to sell his ‘cheap $1000’ shoes.

Trolling is second nature to the Greek Freak. His $1000 comments are especially amusing considering his shoe line is well-known for being reasonably priced. After his stellar performance as a salesman on Bucks’ Media Day, fans are going to be eager to put on his boots.

Giannis has long been known as a jokester in the league. He did the same thing during last year’s Media Day. The two-time NBA MVP approached everyone in the building to promote his sneakers.
