‘I will support him’ – Coach Ten Hag is not afraid of being fired, still covering up Andre Onana’s mistakes

Anybody who observes how Ten Hag handles Andre Onana and then contrasts it with Harry Maguire or, even earlier, David de Gea will see that, regardless of output, a player’s career is too heavily influenced by the coach’s feelings. How’s yours?

“I believe I should talk to the MU players more. Andre Onana is one of them, of course. I’ll back and promote Onana since he’s a great goalkeeper. I’ve always said that I’m happy with Man Utd’s goalkeepers right now. Onana made it to the Champions League final the previous season. He has the potential to rank among the world’s best goalkeepers. Onana has demonstrated remarkable talent in “My exceptional qualities.” Following this morning’s October 4 loss to Galatasaray, Ten Hag told his student, “I think Andre will return even stronger in the future.”

Ramus Hojlund’s fantastic day was marred by a terrible performance by Onana. Ten Hag claimed that either this goalkeeper’s greatest or worst performances were equally subpar.

There is just Galatasaray as a rival. In terms of people or status, the Turkish delegate will never measure up to MU. However, it is true that the Red Devils can lose to any opponent when they are in poor physical shape. Galatasaray’s poor performance, including less ball possession and fewer attempts on goal than the host team, is the issue here. Even though Onana committed blunders last season, it was not enough pressure from Galatasaray to fool a goalie who had advanced to the Champions League final.

Onana is the perfect example of a MU that has become untrustworthy. Onana continues to stutter a lot even in the easiest parts, which leads to a series of hilarious performances. The Cameroonian goalie nearly paid the price as he failed to stop his opponent’s cross and allowed the ball to bounce out. A mishandled ball by Onana in front of the penalty area resulted in Casemiro’s red card and a Galatasaray penalty. Miraculously, MU’s net did not vibrate during either of those two instances.

However, after leading twice and amazingly “escaping” twice, MU ultimately lost. Onana gave a terrible performance. Onana makes people laugh and smile in addition to her undoubtedly strongest talent, which is passing the ball. Statistics show that Onana only hit 21 of the 37 balls with accuracy or a 57% percentage. During the final twenty minutes of the game, Onana passed the ball recklessly, almost as if pleading with her teammates to “stop passing it back to her”.

Excerpt from a comment made by a netizen: “At least De Gea still looks like a goalie, so it’s better to be like him and just good at reflexes.” Regarding the clown Onana, he is not any better at utilizing his feet than anyone else, and he is terrible with his hands.” It’s incomprehensible that Ten Hag let De Gea depart and replaced him with someone so worthless.”

Onana has a history of making errors in judgment. Onana also made a “frog grab” in the most recent encounter against Bayern, following a not-too-dangerous shot by Leroy Sane. Onana was so humiliated by the goal’s defeat that she spent a considerable amount of time with her face buried in the ground. Reguilon’s words of encouragement eventually forced her to stand.

And that’s how MU usually appears these days. When certain players were brought in, it was expected that they would fix the issue; but, all of a sudden, MU had another issue. Students such as these also cause disturbance in Ten Hag’s sword technique. Is his judgment flawed, or is his trust being betrayed?

Maguire was demoted to the bench after making a mistake. What about Onana, then? Ten Hag’s best student in a short period of time infuriated fans again and time again. At Old Trafford, there is obviously no fairness if he is exempt from paying.
