Dwayne Johnson recently paid $27.8 million for comedian Paul Reiser’s Beverly Park property.
Johnson, 48, a potential presidential candidate, purchased the six-bedroom, twelve-bathroom mansion on April 6 in an off-market transaction.
The structure is thought to be the largest in Beverly Park, which is home to celebrities like as Denzel Washington, Eddie Murphy, Sofa Vergara, Sylvester Stallone, and Rod Stewart.
The ultra-private estate’s multiple gates make it simple to enter and exit the grounds.
It is 17,630 square feet and includes a tennis court, a pool and bath with plenty of sunlight, an indoor pool, a large gym, a baseball diamond, a music room with a recording studio, a movie theater, and an elevator.
Long olive tree-lined road going to a motor court in an isolated community in the Beverly Hills mountains. The park also has a number of ancient trees, attractive trails, and “hidden sanctuaries.”
Johnson posted his luxurious equestrian estate on Atlanta’s outskirts for sale in January, but he has gotten no offers.
For films like as “Ballers,” “Jumanji,” and the “Fast & Furious” series, he was the highest-paid actor in Hollywood.
Johnson and his newlywed wife Lauren Hashian have two daughters. He has a daughter from a previous marriage.
