Strive Masiyiwa, a black billionaire, owns two apartments at the top of New York’s Eldorado 29 Tower valued at $48 million

Strive Masiyiwa, a Zimbabwean telecommunications entrepreneur, paid $24.5 million for two penthouse condos in the Eldorado tower. The adjacent units of the 29-story tower at 300 Central Park, according to The Real Deal, featured five bedrooms on the uppermost two floors. It was sold by John and Valerie Rowe.

Econet Wireless Group, a Pan-African telecommunications corporation with profitable operations in Zimbabwe, Botswana, Lesotho, and Burundi as well as investments in telecommunications companies in New Zealand and the United States, was established by Strive Masiyiwa, 56. Sure Kamhunga, a spokesperson for Masiyiwa, was not reachable for comment.
