Following three years of renting for $16,000 per month in Los Angeles, Wiz Khalifa, also known as “Black and Yellow” rapper Cameron Jibril Thomaz, acquired a new Encino residence for $3.4 million.
While Khalifa retains ownership of the aforementioned property and a residence in Pittsburgh, he recently acquired a more opulent mansion located three miles away for slightly more than $7.6 million. Unknown at this time is whether he has already appointed the property with his preferred amenities, including a game area themed after the Pittsburgh Steelers, a personal cannabis bar, and a recording studio.
An estimated $60 million has been amassed in his life due to his prosperous music career, the Khalifa Kush cannabis strain, and the mobile Weed Farm game, in which players cultivate and maintain virtual crops.
This year marked the completion of Khalifa’s contemporary farmhouse-style home, which boasts over 8,000 square feet of open-concept living space, seven bathrooms, six bedrooms, blonde hardwood floors, and designer light fixtures. A home office, fitness center, movie theater, and detached guesthouse are some of the amenities.
