Rapper Diddy lived in a New York City condo from 2005 to 2017, which is currently for sale for $5.99 million.
Situated in Midtown West, Manhattan, the about 3,000 square foot house is close to Central Park, just a few blocks away.
The apartment, which has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, is housed in The Park Imperial building at 230 West 56th Street.
Diddy, real name Sean Combs, paid $3.82 million for the house in 2005. Twelve years later, the documents show that he received $5.7 million in cash. But he had trouble getting there.
In 2014, the 52-year-old singer of “Coming Home” put the property up for sale, requesting $8 million. Years passed before it was finally sold, and prices were lowered several times.
The entire apartment has been renovated, with high ceilings, wide-plank solid wood floors, and custom finishes.
The description mentions a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a vented stove, and high-end appliances in the kitchen. The main en suite bathroom has heated floors.
Valet parking, a fitness center, views of Central Park from the terrace, white-glove concierge service, and the Imperial Club on the 47th floor are all amenities of the building.
Built in 2002, the building has around 110 condominiums, with apartments starting on the 48th floor.
