Explore the Awe-Inspiring Two-Story Treehouse at the Jaw-Dropping $36M Bellevue Mansion of Russell Wilson and Ciara

Russell Wilson, a dual-threat quarterback and former Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl champion, and Ciara, an unidentified fashion model and R&B singer, have listed their awe-inspiring Bellevue, Washington, mansion for sale at an exorbitant price of $36 million.

Wilson, who was formerly the highest-paid player in the NFL and earned approximately $35 million annually during his final years with the Seahawks, and the “Speechless” and “Goodies” singer, who is also an ardent philanthropist and an endless entrepreneur, are attempting to nearly triple their fortunes through the sale of their two-parcel waterfront estate. The two properties were acquired in two distinct transactions, each amounting to $13.4 million, as evidenced by the deeds. The first transaction occurred in 2015, the year prior to their wedding, and the second in 2019.

Separate listings for the two parcels are also available, per Windermere Real Estate Co. agents Carmen Gayton and Chandler Gayton. The price of the parcel including the primary residence is $28 million, whereas the price of the parcel including the detached garage and sports court is $8 million.

The combined area of the two parcels is approximately 1.9 acres, which are meticulously landscaped and descend to 270 feet of exceptional Lake Washington shoreline. Built in 2007, the ornately embellished main house commands a panoramic view of the water and city.

In slightly more than 11,000 square feet, there are two powder rooms and six bedrooms spread across three floors; these levels are serviced by an elevator and a circular staircase adorned with wrought iron.

A spacious foyer with a 20-foot ceiling, two formal dining rooms, and a black-painted library/office are additional amenities.

By way of a groin vault backed by fluted Corinthian columns, the great chamber is partitioned. A large kitchen with intricately carved bone-white cabinetry is situated on one side, encircling a 14-foot-long, doublewide island.

A minimum of four intricately carved stone fireplaces, antique Southeast Asian carved wood doors, and a circular dining area accessible from the great room, all of which offer expansive views of the lake and the Seattle downtown skyline, are also present.

In order to maximize the blufftop views, the master suite is adorned in royal purple velvet in hues ranging from plum to violet to eggplant, and the bathroom is opulently furnished with a cedar sauna and garden tub.

However, it is the “Hollywood-worthy glam room” and the 200 square feet of custom closet space that truly elevate the suite’s opulence.
