The NBA legend purchased his 2.5-acre mansion from the estate of Lee Phillip Bell, who died earlier this year. LeBron’s new Beverly Grove Dr. estate boasts seven fireplaces, a pool house with two baths, a lighted tennis court, and a screening room.
The Beverly Hills house can accommodate the LA Lakers star’s 6’9″ height with nearly 9,100 square feet and soaring, exposed-beam ceilings.
The main estate features four bedrooms and eight baths, as well as a hedge-lined driveway and a palm-topped automobile court. Bell’s ownership restored the 1930s structure.
In June, Jeff Hyland and Rick Hilton of Hilton & Hyland listed Bell’s prior estate, which was well-kept. Before the Bells bought the estate, Katherine Hepburn owned it.
The four-time NBA MVP paid $36.75 million for the Mediterranean-style Beverly Hills property, which was advertised for $39 million.
