Erik ten Hag appeared at an Italian restaurant after the win against Luton Town

Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, was observed unwinding with a supper at an Italian restaurant after his team’s crucial Premier League victory.

United prevailed 1-0 at home against Luton Town on the strength of a close-range goal from Victor Lindelof in the second half.

It was an important victory for Ten Hag’s squad, which had suffered three losses in their previous four matches prior to the Luton match.

As he was observed with a group of friends at the popular restaurant La Famiglia in Hale Village, Cheshire, it was evident that the United manager desired to unwind in style.

Ten Hag was beaming with joy as he and his companions unwinded for the evening prior to departing for home shortly before 11 p.m.

The group headed off at around 11pm after an evening at La Famiglia with the Dutchman

The group departed around 11 p.m. following the Dutchman’s evening at La Famiglia.

At La Famiglia, Ten Hag remained dressed in the touchline attire he donned during United’s victory over Luton: a black overcoat and grey turtle-neck cardigan.

Ten Hag received a touchline suspension despite the positive outcome, as the strain of Manchester United’s season manifested itself in their tense 1-0 victory.

Ten Hag was issued his third booking of the season subsequent to a contentious dispute over two late throws in Old Trafford during the final eight minutes of injury time.

The Dutchman’s automatic ban for United’s next Premier League away match against Everton on November 26 as a result of his dissension towards the officials, including referee Graham Scott, is a clear indication of how difficult things have been for the team, which is currently last in their Champions League group following a loss to Copenhagen in midweek.

Ten Hag provided an explanation for his outburst following the victory secured by defender Victor Lindelof’s second-half goal: “It was a throw-in that was seemingly so obvious at the time, but it was the second occasion.”

“Because I was on top of the situation and the ball was so obvious and transparent, I made a remark that resulted in my being booked.”

“At a certain juncture, one must acknowledge and accept decisions, including one’s own.”

Ten Hag, who has issued two cautions previously in matches against Arsenal and Spurs, joked that he would not penalize himself because he issues fines only for players receiving red cards.

Victor Lindelof (L) scored the only goal as United triumphed over Luton on Saturday afternoon

Victor Lindelof (L) scored the lone goal in United’s Saturday afternoon victory over Luton.

Conversely, Ten Hag was optimistic about Marcus Rashford’s progress despite the Manchester United star’s sluggish start to the season.

Last season, Rashford led United in scoring with 30 goals; in recognition, he was offered a contract extension worth £300,000 per week in the summer.

However, with only one goal in 15 games this season, he reached a new nadir on Wednesday night in Denmark when he was dismissed in United’s Champions League loss to Copenhagen.

Ten Hag, however, reaffirmed his faith in the unsuccessful forward and maintained that Rashford would soon regain his former level of performance.
