American artist Travis Scott purchased this chic, modern home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles in June 2020. Despite the property’s initial $42 million listing price, Scott ultimately paid $23.5 million for it. 

The house features seven bedrooms, an eleven-bathroom layout, and a yacht-inspired design.

Many lavish features are provided, including a 10,000 square foot garden with an underwater music system and a 75-foot infinity edge pool that views the hills, a movie theater, an advanced fitness facility, and a 300 square foot green wall.

The entertainment space on the lower level also has a complete bar.
