The waterfront estate situated on Allison Island was listed for $29.5 million by the rapper Lil Wayne.
Public records indicate that in 2018, the rapper, whose actual name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., acquired the contemporary residence for $16.75 million. He initially listed it for $29.5m in September, but subsequently reduced the price to $28m.
Located on Allison Island, a 35-acre island in Biscayne Bay, the property comprises an approximate 110-foot water frontage and a jetty. The residence, as stated by Mr. Matz, was built in 2017 and spans an approximate area of 10,600 square feet. It features seven beds.
A home theater featuring velour wall coverings and a foyer with mahogany paneling are also present. Large glass doors provide access to a garden featuring a swimming pool.
Mr. Matz claims that the property, which is approximately one and a half acres in size and faces west, is among the largest on the island. It offers a view of La Gorce Island. Due to its location and dimensions, he asserted that it was “likely the finest lot on Allison Island.”
He asserted that despite the fact that purchasers are generally less eager to purchase than they were a year ago, the market remains robust on account of the limited supply. “Properties that are appropriately priced and situated are selling,” he asserted.
