“We are well aware of the significant disparity in comparison to [Manchester] City. As for other organizations, the situation is virtually identical. Liverpool and Arsenal are both respectable, but Manchester United ought to be contending for a spot in the top four. “However, I continue to believe they will be by the conclusion of the current season.”
