Bruno Fernandes has urged Manchester United to acquire Joao Neves, another sensation from Portugal.
There are rumors that the Reds are already monitoring the 19-year-old midfielder, and several of Europe’s most illustrious clubs are reportedly interested in Neves as well.
In Portugal, there is absolute certainty that Neves will develop into a future national superstar. Fernandes has now unequivocally expressed his desire to have the Benfica youth transfer to Old Trafford.
“I am obsessed with the prospect of him joining United; he possesses exceptional qualities!” “However, Joao has the final say,” Fernandes stated to Sport TV Portugal, as cited by the Express. “He is an outstanding athlete, but everything depends on the coach’s vision!” He is poised for a prosperous future, whether it be with United or in another organization.”
Fernandes’s response is not excessively audacious, but he does state unequivocally that he believes Neves will achieve the pinnacle. Even he is referring to a young player, but if United is paying attention to him, then he is certainly performing admirably.
Due to their experience capitalizing on young talent, Benfica will not be in a rush to sell. The process of signing him is extremely unlikely to be straightforward.
In January of last year, the Portuguese giants demanded a world-record transfer fee from Chelsea for Enzo Fernandes.
