According to reports, Liverpool’s new acquisition Dominik Szoboszlai will earn half of what Manchester United’s Mason Mount is expected to earn. Szoboszlai’s transfer to Anfield has been finalized following the Merseysiders’ decision to exercise his €70 million release clause.
The player, whose technical prowess is renowned, is joining from Bundesliga powerhouses RB Leipzig. The legendary number eight uniform of Steven Gerrard will be worn by the Hungarian captain, who will earn £120,000 per week at Anfield, per Chris Bascombe of The Telegraph.
Mason Mount, conversely, is slated to transfer from Chelsea to Manchester United. According to reports, the Englishman will earn an enormous £250,000 per week.
Arriving in Szoboszlai is an abundance of promise. The athlete commented on donning Gerrard’s number eight shirt at Liverpool as follows (via Fabrizio Romano):
“I will be positioned eighth due to a Steven Gerrard tattoo.” That was the rationale behind the reason why. During his childhood, he was among the largest.
Moreover, he stated:
“What is Klopp? His claim that he summoned me is indeed accurate. I responded, “Okay, this is going to be an excellent thing.” “Every aspect was flawless.”
Szoboszlai reflected on his transfer to one of the premier organizations in English and European football, stating:
“I am joining a prestigious, historical organization. Extremely pleased. The previous three to four days passed in a very lengthy fashion; it was not simple! “I’m finally here, and I just wanted to let Liverpool supporters know how excited I am to see them at Anfield and to get started.”
