On Monday, Adele listed her home in Beverly Hills for $12 million. The Hamptons-style home is located in the city’s guard-gated Hidden Valley area, which is well-liked by celebs.
The 34-year-old singer of “Hello” and “Easy on Me” bought the home from TV personality and fashion designer Nicole Richie last May for around $10 million, according to PropertyShark records.
Furthermore, when Adele bought the disputed property, records show that she already owned two other residences in the neighborhood. In 2016, she paid $9.5 million for her first home, a property spanning over 6,500 square feet, and in 2019, she bought another one for $10.65 million. Adele used trusts associated with her business counsel to purchase the houses.
A few months prior to the listing, the English chartreuse paid $58 million for a 21,000 square foot Mediterranean-style property in Beverly Hills. According to reports, Sylvester Stallone’s home was listed for $110 million.
The newly listed 5,500 square foot house has an eat-in kitchen with access to the garden and wine storage, a wood paneled office with a door leading outside, an open living and dining area with a fireplace, and an adjacent den and breakfast nook.
The listing states that the main suite upstairs has two closets, a bathtub, a rain shower head, and a steam room, all of which are behind metal-framed doors. Two additional bedroom suites as well as a sizable playroom or guest room are located on the upper floor.
The backyard is surrounded by stone and has a sports court, an outdoor kitchen, dining terraces covered with trellises, a pool, a Jacuzzi, and lounging areas. Vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and a chicken coop are all encircled by excellent artificial turf grass.
