Serena Williams has listed her five-bedroom Los Angeles home for $7.49 million, less than three years after purchasing the freshly built property for $6.65 million.

The three-story Spanish-style estate sits on a quarter-acre lot in Beverly Hills’ gated Summit Estates community, which is known for its rotating cast of celebrity inhabitants, including Gwen Stefani and Britney Spears.
There is a little swimming pool in the backyard.
According to selling images, the home is ideal for entertaining, with various sitting rooms with fireplaces on the main level, as well as a huge open kitchen that flows out onto the veranda and into the backyard, which has a small pool. On the basement floor, in addition to the gym and laundry area, there is a lounge and party room with a full bar and wine cellar.
Ario Fakheri designed and built the 6,000-square-foot home.
There is a master bedroom with a fireplace, balcony, and two walk-in closets on the upper level, as well as a master bathroom with dual sinks and a large soaking tub.

Ms. Williams, 39, has not made significant changes to the house since its initial purchase, according to Gregory Piechota of Compass, who is co-listing the property with Amit Lalji of Keller Williams Beverly Hills. The 6,000-square-foot house was built by developer Ario Fakheri, and Williams bought it in the fall of 2017 shortly after the birth of her baby with husband and Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian.
Ms. Williams sold a Bel-Air home for $8.1 million in 2019 after purchasing it for $6.62 million in 2006, marketing it for $12 million in 2017, and dropping the asking price to $9.95 million.
In January, the tennis star, who has a record 23 Grand Slam singles victories, sold a five-bedroom property in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida for $2.775 million.
