Model Winnie Harlow purchased a million-dollar property in Los Angeles to live a luxury lifestyle

Even though Winnie Harlow purchased her opulent Los Angeles home over a year ago and celebrated with a snapshot that earned hundreds of thousands of likes on Instagram, it’s still worth debating. Perhaps it’s because it’s shocking that one of the world’s most sought-after fashion models lives in Tarzana, a more suburban San Fernando Valley neighborhood, rather than Hollywood Hills or Beverly Hills.

Harlow’s $3.3 million purchase of her first Tarzana property demonstrates the neighborhood’s renaissance. Harlow’s new home is around 5,000 square feet and was custom-built by a local developer. The vast backyard features covered terraces, a grilling center, a fire pit, and a waterfall-featured saltwater pool. In the property’s large, green back yard, Harlow may construct a sports court and a modest guesthouse.

The two-car garage and a front door that opens into a living room with clerestory windows and a fireplace complete the modern farmhouse-style home. The open dining space is connected to a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel Thermador equipment, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast alcove by European wood flooring.

A linear stone fireplace, a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator, and a temperature-controlled walk-in wine cellar grace the kitchen-adjacent family space. The entire property is equipped with security cameras, smart-home technologies, and surround sound for added piece of mind.

The main floor features five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a powder room. The upstairs master bedroom features a balcony with views of the backyard, a stone shower, and two walk-in closets with wall-to-wall built-ins.

Tyra Banks discovered Canadian Harlow, who participated on the twenty-first season of “America’s Next Top Model” in 2014. The 27-year-old is a global social media influencer with over 10 million Instagram followers. As a runway/print model, she has appeared in campaigns for Fendi, Nike, Swarovski, Marc Jacobs, and Steve Madden. She also appeared on the cover of Vogue and in music videos by Beyonce and Eminem.
