Garnacho opened the goal at Goodison Park with an incredible acrobatic strike past Jordan Pickford after Diogo Dalot’s cross.

He imitated Cristiano Ronaldo’s heroics against Juventus for Real Madrid before paying tribute to his idol with two goal celebrations.

Following Garnacho’s goal of the season contender, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial scored as United maintained their excellent winning streak in the Premier League.

United players returned to training on Monday, and Garnacho moved a young fan to tears with a touching gesture outside Carrington.

George asked the Argentine to sign a snapshot of his spectacular goal, saying it was the best he’d “ever seen” and even better than Wayne Rooney’s against Manchester United in 2011.

Garnacho wasn’t sure, but he had a special birthday surprise for the young guy after signing the item.

The 19-year-old then presented him with the Ronaldo-inspired Nike Mercurial Vapor 15 Dream Speed 7 boots, the same pair in which he scored his career-best goal the day before.

George was pleased and praised Garnacho right away. He requested that he autograph the cleats, but the winger was already one step ahead of him.

He had signed the boots and written a handwritten inscription on the box that said, “For my friend George with love, happy birthday.”

The youngster sobbed with joy and declared that United’s No.17 is “the best in the world.”

George and his brother Harry have a regular relationship with Garnacho, who gave them shirts with his new number on the back in September.
