Diddy is trying to find a $7 million buyer for the property he once shared with his ex-girlfriend Kim Porter

Diddy is asking $7 million for one of his two residences in Los Angeles. In 2009, the 2006 classic with clapboard sides brought $5.3 million. The music tycoon never called it home.

Rather, Kim Porter, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend and the mother of four of his six children, resided there for a long time. In November 2018, Porter passed away in the estate.

The typical East Coast home’s interior is shown as empty in listing images. A 2011 Cadillac Escalade in the driveway appears to be Porter’s only artifact at the home.

For privacy, the half-acre estate is fenced, gated, and locked. On L.A.’s most luxurious street in Toluca Lake, Sia, Viola Davis, Steve Carell, and Billy Ray Cyrus reside in close proximity.

The creator of “This Is Us,” Dan Fogelman, and actress Jennifer Morrison of “Once Upon a Time” live across the street in a house. The oil heir Nats Getty and his transgender YouTuber wife Gigi Gorgeous currently reside on the Miley Cyrus property next door.

According to the Porter estate advertisement, “[This] stunning traditional is ready for the next owner’s updated finishes.” The mansion is enormous and magnificent.

The house, which is about 10,000 square feet, features six bedrooms and ensuite baths. Visitors are enthralled by the curved staircase, checkerboard marble floors, and crystal chandelier in the double-height entryway.

The home boasts a large living room with a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with top-notch stainless equipment, a screening room, lustrous ebony hardwood floors throughout, and an upstairs primary bedroom suite with a private balcony, fireplace, and spa-style bathroom.

Gorgeous sycamore trees, clipped boxwood hedges, a sports court, a backyard fireplace, an alfresco dining area, a pool with a dark bottom, a raised jacuzzi, and a Baja sundeck are all features of the property.

Diddy’s net worth of $800 million allows him to purchase nearly any mansion. The magnate has a $39 million home in Holmby Hills.

He has two adjacent mansions on Miami’s prestigious Star Island: a 13,000-square-foot mansion that he purchased in 2003 and the $35 million house that she purchased from Gloria Estefan this summer.
