Yo Gotti is selling his hilltop Los Angeles house, less than a year after he bought it. The rapper “Recession Proof” owns a 3-acre completely manicured property in Westlake Village, California, which includes a full-size tennis court, two pools, rose gardens, and a mansion built in the Tuscan style.
Mario Mims’ 2016 album “The Art of Hustle,” which debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200, marked his first major breakthrough. His collaboration with Nicki Minaj on “Rake It Up” reached the top 10 of the OT 100 the following year. Gotti, 41, is the leader of Nashville’s Collective Music Group (CMG).
The cost of Villa Forza in Westlake Village is $1 million more than what Gotti paid in May. Constructed in the late nineties, the almost ten thousand square foot house is all on one level and has a view of the golf course at North Ranch Country Club.
The interior design is sophisticated. There is a huge foyer with a large skylight and views of the backyard and hills beyond through double glass and metal front doors.
A library, a family room connected to the chef’s kitchen, six guest/family rooms, and a living room with a fireplace are all included. The master suite features a home gym, executive office, formal dining room, two bathrooms, closets, fireplaces, and jacuzzis.
The house is a sight to behold outside, with large palm trees, peaceful waterfalls, and immaculate boxwood and rose gardens. There’s a reflecting pool and an infinity-edge pool, as well as numerous terraces for al fresco dining and entertaining that look out over the canyon.
