On Wednesday, rap mogul Master P posted an Instagram tour of his newly built house dubbed as “The One.”

“This is the Real American Dream,” Master P said. “What I like about this story is how the owner started little and grew into a tycoon. He is dedicated to making the world a better place. He utilizes this house not only as a place to live, but also as a way to give back. When you are modest and helpful to others, God will continue to bless you. As they visit the 105,000 square foot mansion, Romeo and Hercy, two of Master P’s kids, and Master P himself talk with the mansion’s owner. The video lasts just under 11 minutes. The Bel-Air estate is the largest private mansion in the country, with a backyard that covers over an acre. Among other amenities, the mansion has 21 bedrooms, 42 bathrooms, a 30-car garage, a bowling alley, and a movie theater.

The mansion was created and is owned by Nile Niami, a director. Niami made almost a dozen B movies before becoming a successful real estate developer noted for his extravagant home construction. His homes have been purchased by wealthy individuals, including Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Niami got the concept to build “The One” seven years ago, with the intention of building the largest and most expensive residence. The estate was completed earlier this year and is valued more than $550 million.
