Rick Ross has purchased a $37 million luxurious mansion located on Miami’s exclusive Star Island

Rick Ross will pay upwards of $37 million for a luxurious nine-bedroom house on Miami’s Star Island.

According to the Wall Street Journal, celebrities such as Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Shaquille O’Neal, and Gloria Estefan have all lived on Star Island.

Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez purchased a 10-bedroom mansion there in 2020, bringing glitz to the island.

Rick, 47, grew up in the same Miami suburb as Flo Rida and currently lives on Star Island, according to TMZ Hip Hop.

Rick is supposedly planning to extensively restore the luxury mansion after spending millions to purchase it. His new home, which is approximately 40,000 square feet in size, features lavish amenities such as six baths, a summer kitchen, and a heated pool.

In the backyard of the ultra-luxurious beachfront mansion, there is a small wooden harbor that allows access to the ocean.

Rick will be able to enjoy comforts such as an entertainment space once he has moved into the house.

According to sources, the rapper from Money In The Grave will shortly complete the sale of the estate, which was listed for sale in May.

According to Architectural Digest, his previous purchase was the Miami home of NBA former star Amar’e Stoudemire for $3.5 million about two years ago.

On the REVOLT show Assets Over Liabilities, Rick remarked, “I still haven’t slept in that b**** once” months after purchasing Amare’s home.

“But guess what?” he reasoned. The worth is that I could sell the identical house for up to $3 million more than I bought for it.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Rick Ross also paid Meek Mill $4.2 million to buy his Atlanta house from him a few months ago.

Rick acquired a million-dollar Atlanta mansion out of curiosity when he first started making big money as a rapper.

Rick remembered in a 2021 interview, “Homes was something I was always fascinated about, so me and my homies started coming up to Atlanta.” We used to ride by this area all the time and pause, pull over, and remark, “God dmn.”

According to his own words, “After I got my deal and my circumstance, I bought a mιllιon-dollar home that I still own that’s right around the corner, maybe two minutes from here, just so I can ride by it every day while I’m in Atlanta, and that’s what the play was.”

Rick’s finest success is the eye-watering 109-room Georgia mansion he purchased from Evander Holyfield and named The Promise Land.
