Raheem is nominated twice in November, having previously been included in the Premier League Player of the Month shortlist.
Seven other shortlisted candidates, including Simon Adingra (Brighton), Cameron Archer (Sheffield United), Alejandro Garnacho (Manchester United), Mohammed Kudus (West Ham), Michael Olise (Crystal Palace), Pablo Sarabia (Wolves), and Oleksandr Zinchenko (Arsenal), will compete with Sterling for the Goal of the Month award.
A public vote will select which Premier League goal of the past month deserves this accolade.
