The Sun can exclusively reveal that the Wild ‘n Out host, who is expecting his seventh kid, purchased the house privately in 2018 after renting it to buy.
Nick’s LA attorney is now identified as the owner of the lavish home, which he rented for a stunning $11,000 in 2015, following his divorce from Mariah Carey.
At the time, TMZ stated that he bought the new house to keep “dem babies,” Monroe and Moroccan, who are now 10 years old, “out of the spotlight.”
Nick’s six-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate is in the isolated Saddle River neighborhood, about one hour outside of New York City, and his mother is said to have helped him with the interior design.
The Sun got photographs of the 1989-built, 8,371-square-foot mansion on 2.06 acres.
