Trent Alexander-Arnold’s key contribution in Liverpool’s exciting 4-3 triumph against Fulham on Sunday required no words, at least according to Jude Bellingham.

Yesterday, the Reds’ number 66 capped an incredible 80-second comeback with the winning goal in the closing moments at Anfield, just eight days after his late equalizer earned his side a draw away to Manchester City.

After the match, the 25-year-old turned to Instagram to share photographs of himself celebrating his 88th-minute strike, along with the caption ‘Scenes’ and a face exhaling emoji implying relief at having come out on top.

Trent’s England teammate Bellingham was among those who commented on the post, and the Real Madrid star merely shared the same emoji that Liverpool’s match-winner had.

The 20-year-old is no stranger to replying to the Scouser’s Instagram activity, having done so previously after the aforementioned draw at the Etihad Stadium.

The fact that they both used the same emoji demonstrates that the worldwide colleagues are on the same wavelength, and it brings to mind the adage ‘great minds think alike’!
