A little more than two months before the start of the 2024 MLS season, Lionel Messi was photographed hitting the gym with his wife’s personal trainer, who is famous for his glute exercises.
The 36-year-old Argentine was videotaped at a gym performing pull-ups with her physical therapist, Bret Contreras, a.k.a. ‘The Glute Guy,’ by his wife of six years, Antonela.
On Monday morning, she titled her Instagram story, ‘Chin ups,’ showing off her spouse with a dip belt and a weight in between his knees.
Contreras is headquartered in Miami and holds a PhD and a CSCS.
Antonela has previously shared photos of himself in his gym with fellow Inter Miami wag Elena Galera, the wife of Messi’s teammate and close friend Sergio Busquets. Both women have been working out at Contreras’ ‘Glute Lab’ since moving to the United States.
