Jadon Sancho is said to be ‘training like a beast’ at Manchester United, with’several of his team-mates pushing him to be reintegrated into the squad’ following a public spat with Erik ten Hag.
This comes after it was stated that Ten Hag’s management style has cost him the support of half of the Manchester United squad.
Sancho was made unavailable for selection after publicly clashing with the boss earlier this season.
However, it has since been revealed that several of his teammates want him to be reintegrated into the club.
According to The Daily Mirror, Sancho has kept his fitness and is ‘training like a beast’.
Several of his Manchester United teammates have reportedly requested that he be reintegrated into the group.
The news comes after the Red Devils suffered their tenth defeat of the season at the hands of Newcastle at the weekend.
The 1-0 defeat to Newcastle at St James’ Park on Saturday night interrupted a three-game winning streak in the Premier League, leaving ten Hag’s side in seventh place.
Ten Hag’s position isn’t in jeopardy, according to Mail Sport, but the recent news appears to be adding pressure on the manager.
Former Manchester United players ranging from Paul Scholes to Roy Keane have questioned a number of players’ lack of effort.
It remains to be seen what the future holds for Sancho and Ten Hag, with the player recently linked to Juventus.
