After living in a $16,000-per-month Los Angeles rental for approximately three years, rapper “Black and Yellow” Cameron Jibril Thomaz, better known as Wiz Khalifa, paid $3.4 million for an ultra-modern property in the Encino section of the San Fernando Valley.
Khalifa just paid less than $7.6 million to relocate to a second opulent mansion about three miles away, while retaining ownership of this home as well as one in his hometown of Pittsburgh.
There is no word on whether he has already installed his requested amenities, which include a marijuana bar, recording studio, and game room with a Steelers theme, to name a few.
With a net worth estimated to be approximately $60 million derived from his profitable music career, his specially bred Khalifa Kush marijuana strain, and his mobile Weеd Farm game that allows users to develop and tend to virtual crops, he can probably afford to add anything he wants.
