On Wednesday, rap legend Master P provided an Instagram tour of “The One,” a newly built residence.

“This is the Real American Dream,” Master P stated. “What I like about this narrative is how the owner started little and grew into a tycoon. He is dedicated to making the world a better place.

While touring the 105,000 square foot mansion, two of Master P’s children, Romeo and Hercy, as well as Master P himself, spoke with the mansion’s owner. The video is just under 11 minutes long.

The backyard of the Bel-Air Mansion, known as the largest private mansion in the country, spans over an acre. The house contains 21 bedrooms, 42 bathrooms, a 30-car garage, a bowling alley, and a theater, among other features.

Nile Niami, the director, built and owns the house. Prior to becoming a well-known real estate developer known for his opulent home construction, Niami made more than a dozen B movies. His homes have been purchased by Sean “Diddy” Combs and other affluent persons.

Niami devised the plan for “The One” seven years ago, with the goal of building the largest and most expensive mansion. The estate’s development was completed earlier this year, and it is currently worth more than $550 million.
