The quiet base is a short drive from the rented house he had been using following his £49m move to City from Liverpool in 2015.

It houses five bedrooms, plus an additional guest flat built over the top of the THREE garages and has a floorplan of 7,500 square feet.

The England forward already has a four-year-old daughter called Melody Rose from a previous relationship.

Even though Sterling was having trouble selling his previous Birkdale mansion, he nevertheless went all out on the new one.

The four-bedroom property was listed for £1.5 million 18 months ago, but in March of last year, the asking price was reduced by £300,000.

However, Sterling has chosen to remove it off the market because it has not drawn any interest from buyers.
