Adele says ‘HELLO’ to her new life in a $58 million Beverly Hills mansion

Adele listed her Beverly Hills home for $12 million on Monday. The Hamptons-style home is located in Hidden Valley, a city guard-gated area popular with celebrities.

According to Property Shark records, the 34-year-old singer of “Hello” and “Easy on Me” purchased the mansion from TV personality and fashion designer Nicole Richie last May for close to $10 million.

Furthermore, Adele had two other properties in the region when she acquired the one in question, according to records. In 2016, she paid $9.5 million for her first home, a more than 6,500-square-foot residence, and $10.65 million in 2019. Adele purchased the residences through trusts linked to her business adviser.

A few months before the listing, the English chartreuse paid $58 million for a 21,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style property in Beverly Hills. The home of Sylvester Stallone was apparently on the market for $110 million.

The recently listed 5,500 square foot home features an open living and dining area with a fireplace, a wood paneled office with a door leading outdoors, an eat-in kitchen with wine storage and garden access, as well as an adjacent den and breakfast nook, according to listing photographs.

The main suite upstairs, according to the listing, has a fireplace, two closets, and a bathroom with a bathtub, rain shower head, and steam room, all encased by metal framed doors. On the second floor, there are two more bedroom suites as well as a large playroom or guest room.

The backyard includes a sports court, an outdoor kitchen, trellis-covered eating terraces, a pool, Jacuzzi, and lounging space, all surrounded by stone. On the property, a high-quality artificial turf lawn surrounds a chicken coop, fruit trees, and vegetable gardens.
