It’s no surprise that veteran rapper Tauheed Epps, better known to fans as 2 Chainz, has developed a keen interest in high-end goods. The Georgia native’s Viceland television series “Most Expensive” even documented his cross-country journeys in quest of pricey (and amusing!) products.

As a result, it’s no surprise that the singer’s penchant for luxury extends to his living quarters. According to official records, 2 Chainz recently paid around $3.8 million for an even larger home in the same general region as the Vai home. The former home of actress Eva Longoria, who bought it for $3.6 million in 2006 and sold it less than a decade later for $436,000, is a sumptuous blend of contemporary and Mediterranean styles.
