Victor Oladipo, a shooting guard for the NBA, has sold his modern residence in Miami Beach for $9 million. Accessible solely via the MacArthur Causeway, this seven-bedroom estate is situated on Hibiscus Island, a prestigious guard-gated community in Biscayne Bay. The acquisition signifies the most substantial non-waterfront transaction on the island, suggesting an expanding market for high-end real estate in the vicinity.
A light-filled open floor plan, high ceilings, a statement wood wall in the living area, a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, and a master bedroom suite with a spa-like bathroom and two walk-in wardrobes are all featured in the nearly 6,500-square-foot mansion. An expansive swimming pool, sufficient outdoor space for dining and entertaining, and a private guesthouse featuring an Oladipo-added recording studio are all located on the property’s exterior.
Oladipo, age 31, acquired the contemporary mansion in the spring of 2021 for $7.75 million. After two seasons with the Miami Heat, he was acquired in July via a trade to the Oklahoma City Thunder. His occupation had nothing to do with the property sale. Hibiscus Island provides a variety of amenities to its inhabitants, such as a playground, tennis and basketball facilities, a waterfront park, and round-the-clock security.
The identity of the purchaser of the property remains unknown.
