My foundation was laid in the narrow alleyways while I ran and played soccer naked on the field. While I take great pride in my current position, I am even more honored to have been in that position in the past.

Recognizing that this struggle began with my parents, who raised me and my siblings with great dignity despite their limited resources and in a place where opportunities appeared limited to many, I stand as living proof that I was born, raised, and survived to experience the greatest moment of my life.

Favelas are about more than just learning and witnessing the joy in the faces of others when they encounter the extraordinary; I am one of those individuals! With tremendous confidence, I was and continue to be a resident of the favela and a dreamer.

Throughout my lifetime, I have encountered numerous obstacles and challenges, but I have never abandoned my aspiration. I devoted myself to my football vocation and trained diligently. Presently, I find myself positioned on Old Trafford donning the shirt of Manchester United, a preeminent institution globally.

Knowing that I represent a great number of individuals from the favela, my goal is to encourage other young people to realize that their aspirations know no bounds. I would like to share my personal experience to illustrate that regardless of one’s background, what truly matters is the possession of unwavering determination and enthusiasm to transform aspirations into tangible accomplishments.

Living in a favela instilled in me the virtues of fortitude, solidarity, and self-control. I retain recollections of the individuals who have accompanied me on this voyage as well as my roots. I wish to extend my sincere appreciation to my family, acquaintances, and individuals who have provided me with faith and assistance.

With sincere appreciation and resolute resolve, I shall persist in surpassing fresh objectives and representing the dignity of the favela on the global platform. I am convinced that my unwavering dedication and fervor will enable me to attain monumental triumphs in the coming years.

It is imperative that all younger individuals facing adversity never abandon their aspirations. Always maintain a positive outlook on life, knowing that you are capable of surpassing any obstacle and accomplishing amazing things. Furthermore, Manchester United is the pinnacle of my aspirations and ambitions.

It is evident that my voyage remains extensive and numerous challenges lie ahead. However, I am confident that I can accomplish anything I set my mind to through perseverance, commitment, and a can-do attitude. I will develop and train continuously in order to become the greatest player possible and to bring happiness to my teammates and fans.

As each match and day passes at Manchester United, my ancestral neighborhood and the narrow alleyways of the favela will perpetually evoke in my mind. I am eternally grateful to those who assisted me and the individuals who pioneered my journey. That provides me with the inspiration and fortitude to persistently pursue excellence and make steady progress.

In addition, I wish to motivate other youth, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Have faith that any ambition is realizable with perseverance and resolve to pursue it. Learn, develop your potential, and exert diligent effort to realize your aspirations.

Being an agent of Manchester United signifies not only a source of innermost satisfaction but also a chance to spread the message that our ambitions and aspirations know no bounds. Have faith that it is possible for anyone, regardless of location, to attain success and transform their life.

With profound affection and appreciation to the favela and all those who have provided assistance, I shall persist in my struggle and ongoing contribution towards the goal of becoming an individual who instills optimism and delight in my community. Furthermore, upon reflecting on this journey, I shall perpetually bear in mind that the favela served as the inception of my aspiration and the environment in which I developed into my present self.
