NBA star Patrick Beverley owns a luxury villa with high-end furnishings

After a mid-season shakeup that occurred during the trade deadline, the Los Angeles Lakers parted ways with controversial NBA player Patrick Beverley. In February, the three-time NBA All-Defensive Team member joined the Chicago Bulls. As a result of this move, Beverley has now listed his opulent Encino, California apartment for rent.

With a monthly rent of $23,000, this stunning 5-bedroom apartment, which spans a generous 5,264 square feet, has piqued the interest of potential tenants. The house, built in 2020, features a vast and open floor plan, as well as high vaulted ceilings, distinctive tilework, and wood and marble floors throughout. Surround sound speakers and a sophisticated security system are also included in the opulent property.

A wide central island with a prep sink and breakfast bar, bespoke cabinets, a pantry, and modern stainless-steel appliances highlight the chef’s kitchen. Sliding glass doors in the breakfast area lead to a nice patio.

The adjacent family room has a wonderful stone fireplace, built-in bookcases, and sliding glass doors that open out to a covered poolside area.

The flat has two bedrooms on the first floor and three more on the top level. The master suite is a spacious sanctuary with white wood beamed ceilings, a tiled fireplace, two walk-in closets with built-in bookshelves, and a sliding glass door leading to a private balcony. The suite also includes an espresso maker and a refrigerator, so you can have a simple morning cup of coffee on the balcony. The main bathroom is equally impressive, with bespoke tilework, a double walk-in shower with accent lighting, dual vanities, a custom cabinet, and a separate soaking tub.

The property also includes a family theater, a jacuzzi, a pool, and a guest cottage with a 3/4 bath by the pool. Beverley spent $3.78 million for the mansion while playing for the Los Angeles Clippers in April 2021.

Beverley, 34, plans to depart the Bulls at the end of the 2023 season to pursue freelance work. After an impressive 11-season career in the NBA as a feisty guard and fierce foe, Beverley is considering joining a new team this summer. If he decides to retire from playing, he might consider becoming a popular sports talk show host.
