Manchester United fans angry about Marcus Rashford having ‘more hair styles than goals’

Given his ongoing problems with Manchester United, Marcus Rashford has colored his hair ginger for the second time in recent weeks in an attempt to switch up his hairstyle.

Marcus Rashford introduced his latest barnet and immediately angered Manchester United fans by saying he had “more hair styles than goals”.

Erik ten Hag again started Rashford on the bench for United’s away 2-0 loss at West Ham. The England forward’s two Premier League goals this season—his sole goals in all competitions—do not justify his starting XI berth.

Despite his recent haircut, he was in a positive mood prior to kickoff, coming out for the warm-up with his hair tinted ginger for the second time in a few weeks. At the London Stadium, with the game goalless, Ten Hag introduced him during the second half.

However, Jarrod Bowen gave the home team the lead before Mohammed Kudus doubled their lead, and Rashford was unable to make an effect.

One fan said on social media, “Rashford has had more hair styles than goals this season,” while another fan echoed the statement, saying, “Rashford more hair styles than goals meme is actually true.”

A third person joked: “How many times is Rashford gonna dye his hair before he scores a goal?” A fourth made a joke, asking: “What did Rashford get called in for? His hair is the sole shining asset he has brought.”

“More ambitions than hair changes. A fifth person pushed Rashford to “find some shame and do something,” while a sixth person noted that he resembled a former United player and said, “Rashford’s dyed his hair to look like… Wes Brown?”

Alejandro Garnacho, who took Rashford’s spot in the starting lineup, has also struggled in front of goal. In the first half, he missed a fantastic opportunity to put United up against Alphonse Areola.

Rasmus Hojlund also failed to score, and he has now missed 15 Premier League games due to goal drought.
