We’ve chatted with a number of Chelsea players from both our men’s and women’s teams to find out about their best Christmas memories as the big day draws near.

We spoke with Reece James, who gave us an update on his holiday priorities and sent a heartfelt Christmas greeting to Chelsea fans everywhere.

The defender says, “A traditional Christmas for me growing up was all about my friends and family.”

When I was kid, I used to look forward to opening presents, and I always hoped they had something to do with football!

I remember one particular Christmas moment. I obtained a pair of goalkeeper gloves that I had always wanted when I was around ten years old. I always wanted to be a goalkeeper.
