Winnie Harlow and her partner live in a luxurious villa with only the two of them

Even though Winnie Harlow purchased her costly Los Angeles home over a year ago and celebrated with a hundred thousand likes on Instagram, the topic is still topical.

Perhaps because Tarzana, a San Fernando Valley suburb, is not as well known as Hollywood Hills or Beverly Hills as the home of a top fashion model.

Harlow’s first Tarzana property was purchased for $3.3 million, highlighting the area’s revitalization. Harlow’s 5,000-square-foot mansion was custom-built by a local developer.

The relatively flat property’s big backyard features covered terraces, a grilling area, a fire pit, and a saltwater pool with a waterfall. Harlow may construct a sports court and a little guesthouse in the large garden.

The two-car garage and front door of this contemporary farmhouse-style home lead to a fireplace-equipped living room with clerestory windows. The open dining space is connected to the chef’s kitchen, which features stainless steel Thermador appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast alcove.

The family room adjacent to the kitchen features a linear stone fireplace, wet bar with beverage refrigerator, and temperature-controlled walk-in wine cellar. For your convenience, smart home technologies, security cameras, and surround sound are placed throughout the property.

The main level features five bedrooms, each with its own bath, as well as a powder room. The upstairs master bedroom includes a stone shower, two closets with wall-to-wall built-ins, and a balcony with views of the backyard.

Tyra Banks spotted Canadian Harlow, a 21st-season “America’s Next Top Model” contestant, in 2014. The 27-year-old is a well-known social media influencer, with over 10 million Instagram followers.
