Manchester City has set a fee for winger Joao Cancelo, who is presently on loan at Barcelona.
According to Dario Sport, the residents are willing to entertain proposals for the Portuguese star provided they can achieve a fee in excess of 30 million euros.
Previously, Barcelona’s president, Joan Laporta, stated that the club intends to extend Cancelo’s contract indefinitely. In addition, the Blaugrana are attempting to sign Joao Felix, who is currently on loan from Atletico Madrid.
Cancelo, a 29-year-old right-back, joined the Blaugrana in September. His financing deal is set to expire in the summer of 2024. He has appeared in 21 games for the Catalan club, scoring three goals and assisting on two others.
Cancelo’s market value is estimated to be 40 million euros by the renowned German portal Transfermarkt.
Manchester City is fifth in the English Premier League after 18 rounds, while Barcelona is fourth in La Liga.
