However, in the 96th minute, Christopher Nkunku scored Chelsea’s first goal, making for an exciting conclusion. However, the host club shown their toughness by winning back-to-back games.

Chelsea fell to tenth place in the Premier League after their third consecutive defeat. A number of supporters have targeted Brazilian international Thiago Silva, with some even demanding for his retirement as a matter of squad business.

According to one X (formerly Twitter) user, Thiago Silva should retire. Someone had suggested, “Thiago Silva needs to retire, or at least move to the MLS or somewhere.” Another person wondered why Thiago was always concerned about the weekend while many of his former teammates had been unwinding for years.

At 39 years old, Silva is the Premier League’s oldest player, and some fans have claimed that his recent decline in form is a reflection of his advanced age.

Some Chelsea supporters have criticized Mauricio Pochettino for not resting the former PSG captain, who has started every game for the Blues in 16 of their 17 Premier League games.
