For Lionel Messi, the work never stops, not even during the holidays. The leader of Argentina is getting ready for a long season.

Messi was seen with his wife Antonela Roccuzzo in their own “iron palace,” where they both showed off their bodies.

Messi is looking forward to another full season of football. His Inter Miami team has a long preseason plan to go through before the MLS season starts.

The first time ever, Inter Miami will play six training games, and five of them will be away from home.

The team has 42 games left on their schedule, and they have to play all of them before they could possibly make the playoffs.

Along with those games, the team plays in the Leagues Cup and the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup. Miami will enter the fourth round of the Leagues Cup.

Unfortunately, Messi won’t be able to play in all of those games because this year there is also the Copa America.

This summer in the US, Argentina wants to defend its crown as kings of South America.

Everything above means that the 36-year-old forward will have to be in great shape to stay fit and at the top of his game.

Messi played the second half of last season with PSG and then almost right away switched to Miami for the middle part of their season.

Before this new season starts, he’ll have been off for about a month.
