Mason Mount sends message to Man United fans after returning to training

Manchester United midfielder, Mason Mount has returned to Carrington for grass training as he recovers from an injury.

The England international has been sidelined since the Premier League triumph against Luton Town on November 11, and he is working hard on his recuperation with the assistance of medical personnel.

The 24-year-old forward was caught practicing alone on Wednesday morning while the rest of his teammates were recovering nearby, indicating his recent progress.

On Friday, Erik ten Hag’s weekly press conference may contain an update on Mason’s progress.

Mason and two other absentees, Casemiro and Lisandro Martinez, may return in January, according to the manager.

Mount has spent his free time participating in a variety of community-based initiatives.

Our number seven has donated to the ‘Together For Short Lives’ charity, and he surprised Timperley Nursing Home residents this week by joining them for an early Christmas meal.
