The comic from Philadelphia is said to have a net worth of $200 million, making him one of the richest performers. Records show that he invested seven million naira of that money in a large estate next to a house that was even bigger than the one he already owned.
The estate next door is 16.3 acres and mostly hillside again. However, a two-acre graded block has a 9,300-square-foot, vaguely architectural home with a gray tiled roof, as well as an infinity-edged pool, a full-size tennis court, wide lawns, and sprawling gardens. The house, which was built in 2004, has never been officially put up for sale.
Hart, a veteran comedian and actor, is currently in charge of a 42-acre farm with two swimming pools, two sports courts, and other buildings that add up to about 19,000 square feet of living space. A lot of cars can also be parked off-street.
Hart’s “spare” house is on a big lot and is hidden behind walls. Six bedrooms and six bathrooms are hidden behind the stone and white stucco front.
Inside the house, there are formal living and eating rooms that are very big. These rooms have wide-plank and large picture windows.
The kitchen was just redone and has stone countertops and top-of-the-line Viking tools. There is also a separate breakfast area and an underground wine cellar.
There is a spa-like bathroom downstairs that the master bedroom can reach. It has two vanities, a soaking tub, and a glass-enclosed shower with quartz walls.
A different waterfall feeds water into a separate koi pond. The infinity-edged pool in the garden has a waterfall and a grotto area.
Besides the tennis court we already talked about, there is also a putting green, a loggia with speakers and misters, a full BBQ center/outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and campfire, and a full grilling area. A trellis is covered in wisteria, and there are views of the faraway, wild hills.
