Discover Retired NBA Legend Dwyane Wade’s opulent $22 million Miami Beach mansion

Dwyane Wade is shown with his wife, actress Gabrielle Union.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Mr. Wade paid $10,645,000 for the property in 2010 and restored it. The nearly 12,000-square-foot property is located on North Bay Road, a popular route for business leaders and celebrities, and has a wine room, game room, swimming pool, home theater, and outdoor basketball court.

The North Bay Road estate of Mr. Wade features arched entryways and a Mediterranean architecture.

Mr. Wade listed the home just a few months after his final game with the Miami Heat, the franchise with which he spent the majority of his career, in 2019. He and his wife, actress Gabrielle Union, just purchased a property in Los Angeles. The price has been decreased several times since then, with the most recent asking price of $26.5 million.

The house has a direct view of Biscayne Bay.

In this transaction, Douglas Elliman’s Brett Harris represented both the buyer and the seller. He confirmed that the purchase was completed but declined to say further.

One of the living areas has wood-beamed ceilings and tile floors.

Mr. Wade and Ms. Union married in 2014, and they had a daughter named Kaavia. According to public documents, the couple has recently purchased a $17.9 million property in Los Angeles’ Hidden Hills district. A request for comment from the couple’s representative was not soon returned.

The home contains around one acre of land with lush plants.

Mr. Wade is also a minority owner of the Utah Jazz, having bought a share in the team earlier this year.
